UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for various digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and software products.
Tasks: varied and responsible
- Design the digital experience of platforms (web & app)
- Responsible for the visual design, conception, and implementation of individual user interface solutions within our design system
- Create UX flows, wireframes, mock-ups, klick-dummies, and the final UI designs.
- Work closely with fellow UX/UI designers and co-define iconography, colour palette, typography, and other design foundations.
- Together with the UX/UI team, ensure the consistency of visual elements and guidelines across all digital products.
- collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of work and provide QA Tests
- proactively contribute to the UX Research Process, Advocating and empathizing with users
Strengths: professional and personal
- 3 years’ experience in UX/UI Design
- Practical experience with design systems, including component-based design and building scalable and user-friendly structures.
- Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc)
- Present a solid portfolio of current, well-organized, visually arresting, and representative work samples.
- Passion for Human Centric Design, Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- An exceptional eye for detail where every pixel matters, but you keep track and don't get lost in it.
- English fluent in spoken and written, German and French an advantage.
