Our company is seeking a highly motivated Research and Development (R&D) Engineer to join our team. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing products, and researching new technologies to stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for innovation.
Tasks: varied and responsible
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and materials that can be used to improve our products.
- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Design and develop prototypes, test and evaluate them, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all product development activities, including design specifications, test plans, and project schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and can be produced at scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- 3+ years of experience in product development or R&D.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Experience with design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
